Blue spirulina creates a soft sky blue to bold aqua-blue shade, depending on how much you use and the base you mix it into. It works best in lighter bases like plain yogurt, goat milk yogurt, or white decorating icing. In darker mixtures, the blue may appear more muted.
 
How to Use
Start with ⅛ teaspoon per 2 tablespoons of yogurt, icing, or enrichment base. Mix well, let sit for 1–2 minutes, then add more a small pinch at a time for deeper color. Best if mixed into a small amount of liquid first
