When will i receive my order?

please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. if you are needing it sooner, please email us prior to ordering and we will do our best to try to accommodate your time frame.

 
We use both the US Postal Service (USPS) priority mail and UPs. For Saturday shipments we only use usps.
 
  • due to delays with carrier services cakes are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only to ensure you receive your order timely.
what is your return policy?
 We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. we recognize things can happen during transit. on the day of receipt of your shipment inspect your order to ensure it arrived safely. In the event your item arrived damaged please send pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging and the box it arrived in the day of arrival and send to us via email.

Failure to do so will result in not receiving a refund. If damage was not as a result of delivery service, we will work you to make it right, via store credit, refund, etc.

If damage to product was due to purchaser failing to follow storage instructions, we will not provide a refund. We are not responsible for damage during shipment this is handled through the delivery service which is USPS or UPS
Are your cakes moist?
Yes, our cakes are moist not hard like a dog treat.
will my cake ship safely?
we pack our cakes extremely well to withstand shipping and fluctuating temperatures! We ship all over the united states!
how do i store my cake and treats?
cakes: if you are not using your cake within 24 hrs of receiving store in the freezer for up to 3 months. remove the night before your pawty and allow to thaw at room temperature. following your event store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
treats and donuts: store at room temp in sealed container or individual bags for up to 6 months at room temp.
