When will i receive my order?

please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. if you are needing it sooner, please email us prior to ordering and we will do our best to try to accommodate your time frame. 
 

• due to delays with carrier services, cakes are shipped on Monday and Tuesday only.

• during holiday seasons, your order may be delayed.

• if your order is time sensitive contact us prior to ordering​

What is your return policy?

​

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. we recognize things can happen during transit. on the day of receipt of your shipment inspect your order to ensure it arrived safely. In the event your item arrived damaged please send pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging and the box it arrived in the day of arrival and send to us via email.

Failure to do so will result in not receiving a refund. If damage was not as a result of delivery service, we will work you to make it right, via store credit, refund, etc.

If damage to product was due to purchaser failing to follow storage instructions, we will not provide a refund. We are not responsible for damage during shipment this is handled through the delivery service which is USPS or UPS

Will my frosting or icing melt?

Our frosting and icing dries firm and WILL NOT melt. We DO NOT use sugar-based yogurt chip icing which can melt in the heat.

Are your cakes moist?

​

Yes, our cakes are moist not hard like a dog treat.

Portion Sizes and serving recommendations: Our product are meant to be served as a treat. Just like a human, cakes should be served by the slice not the entire cake.  

Web MD recommends you limit treats to 10% of their daily calories. Please be conscientious and limit the amount of treats you allow per day. We recommend instead of giving your pup the entire box of birthday cookies, stretch it out and give 1 cookie a day.

will my cake ship safely?

We pack our cakes extremely well to withstand shipping and fluctuating temperatures! We ship all over the united states!

how do i store my cake and treats?

​

Cakes: if you are not using your cake within 24 hrs of receiving store in the freezer for up to 3 months. remove the night before your pawty and allow to thaw at room temperature. following your event store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

All Natural Treats: store at room temp in sealed container or individual bags for up to 6 months at room temp.

​

Decorated Treats: store at room temp in sealed container for up to 3 months at room temp. Storing in individual self sealed bags may shorten shelf life.
