When will I receive my order?

Standard orders typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Holiday and seasonal collection orders follow a different processing schedule. Because these collections are released on a specific date, we often receive a large number of orders within the same few days. We are a small bakery, and every order is baked, decorated, dried, and packaged by hand.

Holiday orders are processed in the order they are received and in batches by order date. Because of the volume at launch, your order may take longer than our standard 7–10 business day processing time to ship.

For example, an order placed at the beginning of a holiday launch may not ship until several weeks later while we work through that collection's order queue.

Please do not use our standard 7–10 business day processing time as a guaranteed ship date for holiday or seasonal orders.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know whether we can accommodate your timeline. Rush processing cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

• Cakes ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only due to potential carrier delays.

• Holiday and seasonal orders may require extended processing time.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Shipping/transit time begins after your order leaves our bakery.

• If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• If your order arrives damaged, inspect it immediately and email us the same day with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping box

⚠️ Failure to report damages on the day of arrival will result in no refund or replacement.

• If the damage is not due to the delivery service, we will work with you to make it right via store credit, refund, or replacement.

• If damage occurs due to improper storage by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.

• Shipping carriers (USPS or UPS) are responsible for any damage in transit.

 

Will my frosting or icing melt?

Nope! Our frosting and icing dries firm and will not melt. We do not use sugar-based yogurt chip icing, which can melt in heat.

Are your cakes moist?

Yes! Our cake interiors are soft—not hard like a dog treat, with a firm outer frosting coating. Please note: During warmer months, cakes are dehydrated slightly longer for safer shipping and handling. This can make them a little less moist than cakes ordered during cooler seasons.

How should I portion and serve my cake or treats?

Our cakes and treats are meant to be served as a treat, not a full meal.

• Just like human cake, serve one slice at a time rather than the entire cake.

• WebMD recommends keeping treats to 10% of your dog's daily calories.

• Instead of giving your pup an entire box of birthday cookies at once, stretch them out—one cookie per day is a great option!

 

Will my cake ship safely?

Yes! We carefully pack our cakes to withstand shipping and temperature changes. We ship all across the United States!

How do I store my cake and treats?

• When your cake arrives, allow it to rest at room temperature for 1 hour before removing the wrapping. This helps the cake adjust after shipping.

• After 1 hour, carefully remove all wrapping from the cake and place back into the cake box. Moisture from the refrigerator, freezer, or air can cause the frosting to stick to the wrapping, so the cake should be stored unwrapped.

• Store in the cake box in refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

• To serve from frozen, thaw overnight at room temperature before serving.

• All-Natural Treats: Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 6 months.

• Decorated Treats: Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 3 months. Individually sealed bags may shorten shelf life. We recommend storing loose in a sealed container.
